modern comfort near attractions
spacious room central location helpful staff
i found the hotel very nice and the room was spacious modern and clean the bathroom featured a rainfall shower i especially liked. i had quick access to nearby restaurants i also appreciated its central location close to tourist spots. the staff was helpful providing directions and recommendations.
the room lighting was a bit dim at times i found it a minor inconvenience.

the staff was helpful
i found the room lighting quite dim the lack of brightness made it hard to see properly also the tv lacked smart tv capabilities so connecting my phone wasn't possible this was like a step back from other hotels i have visited

Really good Location and Modern Comfort

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to key attractions. I walked to the Douro River in just five minutes. The room was modern with a very comfortable bed. I found the cleanliness perfect. Staff members were friendly and helpful, from check-in to offering assistance with directions. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower area. I also found the air conditioning very quiet and efficient.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
central location quiet room helpful staff varied breakfast
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring local sites, and the room was very quiet at night. The staff provided helpful answers to my tourist questions. Breakfast had a good variety (I particularly enjoyed the pastries!) and was not too far from the river. The hotel.
The lobby had a strong smell. It was a bit overwhelming for me.

great location helpful staff food selection smart tv limited channels dim lights
the location was great for touring around. it was very close to sao bento station. staff were helpful with tourist queries. the breakfast had a good selection of food
the tv did not have smart tv. there were only 3 channels in my language. the lights were very dim so it felt dark

excellent station unique windows
the room was a beautiful twin room. its floor to ceiling windows made it unique. it was excellent that sao bento rail station was on the doorstep.
the alarm went off early hours of the morning and in the late evening.
